Reasons why you should vote for Elise Randolph:
- He's the nicest guy. Like, really frickin' nice. - My boy is wicked smaht. - He's the best PvPer of anyone who has ever ran for CSM in any of its iterations including the current one. - He plays the game. (This one is important and not all candidates can say this honestly) - He is one of the best FCs in the game. - He's done everything in EvE. Low-sec Piracy, Anti-Piracy. High sec wars. Industry (Including moon mining wololol) and 0.0. - He flies and has knowledge of ships from Rifter to Drake/Titan (Same thing), you can't call this guy one-dimensional. - He knows the game mechanics. Lots of people, 0.0 players in particular often are unaware of a large portion of these. - He's really bad at Battlefield 3 and really good for your Kill/Death ratio.
For enemies of PL:
- While he's in Iceland he's not leading fleets that are killing you.

I'm not Elise and I didn't feel like reviving that thread.
The idea while it might be coming from a good place is not very good. It's unfair. It needs a lot of work.
Kill a Velator in low-sec. He transfers his killright to a WHOLE ALLIANCE. Now this Alliance of let's say upwards of 50 players can now attack my solo ship anytime they want for 30 days. It's a super war dec. The only option is to use a lot of logistics or go to low-sec and hope they follow you to a belt so your friends can help (who then end up with bountiable kill rights, great).
Then there's the whole ISK per kill payout which is proposed to be based on insurance... Are we forgetting hundreds of ships in this game do not get ~equal~ insurance payouts. With this payout system someone could kill multiple Tech 3 Cruisers within this 30 days with a less than 100m bounty and still have ISK left over.
Then he goes onto wanting killrights to last 60 or 90 days? UNBELIEVABLE.
I agree the bounty system is broken and the idea of contracting bounties isn't so off base. But the mechanics of that proposal are really really bad. It needs rethinking. |

Not that I don't believe that this could be true, but could you explain to me how you came to this assumption - without knowning other candidates personally or having taken an interest in how they play and what they do how could you know if this was correct or not?
Regards, T'amber
Check the killboards, irrefutable proof that he not only logs in a lot, but he plays a lot for long periods of time.

The CSM6 has been there almost a year, we got three super-capital nerf. Given your "predictable" stance towards supers, should I declare you an ineffective CSM in pointing out your voters-base needs?
You should stick to being a Fox News-esque Space Journalist because even for that job you are horrendously unqualified. You have a pis s poor understanding of the game mechanics, you are horrible at PvP, you have a huge bias and a huge boner for anything PL.
You have a very limited knowledge of spaceships and combat (I mean you've literally flown 3 ships in the last year, a heavy neut curse, a sniper talos and a nemesis).
So let's be honest, Elise could sit in the corner of the room and jerk off and still be a more effective CSM than you.
More so you seem to think that being a part of a COUNCIL somehow makes it so you can decide SOLELY what happens in the game, is that what you're judging 'being effective' as? Maybe you should have read up on what the CSM entails before you applied you slack jawed ****. |
